Delivery policy

All orders are packed and dispatched within 4 business days from order confirmation. 
€1 delivery fee is charged for all Maltese orders with a value of less than €40. Free delivery is offered for all orders exceeding €40.
€4 delivery fee is charged for all EU orders with a value of less than €40. €2 delivery fee is charged for all EU orders with a value of more than €40.

Return Policy

Return Conditions
You can return the product within 15 days of delivery.  If the product is returned damaged or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.

Transport Damage
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Lellux are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges imposed. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
